American Cancer Society Blogs and Social Media
Your American Cancer Society has several ways for you to share your experiences with us or to learn from those whose experiences may be valuable. We invite you to visit any of these places for more information:
The CSN discussion boards and chatrooms are excellent ways to meet your CSN ”neighbors” and develop friendships, exchange practical information, and support one another. The CSN community is full of knowledgeable, kind, and caring people you will want to get to know.
RelayForLife.org is a social network where volunteers for Relay For Life can share stories of inspiration and information with one another through blogs, forums, photos and more. Take advantage of your friends around the Relay Nation. You can learn new ways of doing things, get new ideas to refresh parts of the event, watch videos and communicate with one another in a variety of ways.
We believe every birthday you celebrate is a victory. Another year that cancer has not prevailed. Your birthday means everything to us. That’s why we’re dedicated to creating a world with less cancer and more birthdays. With your help, we can create a world with even more celebrations, more laughter … and more birthdays for all. You can dedicate a blog post to someone you love who has been affected by cancer and celebrate their lives. Check out the posts below for inspiration, but know that whatever you write, you’re raising awareness and inspiring others to join ACS in the fight against cancer.
This resource from the American Cancer Society is for anyone interested in cancer. On the Expert Voices blog, you can regularly spend a few minutes with the experts who really know about staying well and getting well when it comes to cancer. Expert Voices will give you more than the statistics: it will give you insight. And because it’s from the American Cancer Society, it will all be scientifically-based, credible, and accurate. We hope you will participate in the conversation and add a comment to our posts.
